New Order Issued! Ohio Takes Inventory of Ventilators and Related Machines

A new Order has been issued in Ohio for the inventory of ventilators and related machines. It requires "all manufacturers, producers, wholesalers, transporters, distributors, retailers, physicians, clinics, hospitals, medical facilities and any other entity in the supply chain, from creation through end use, for ventilators shall report and disclose their inventory to http://coronavirus.ohio.gov/VentInventory no later than 5:00 p.m. each Wednesday, with the first inventory report due on Wednesday, April 1, 2020."

The Order describes what a "ventilator" is for the purposes of the Order, and is available here to review .

Please note, ODH has confirmed that the Order does apply to ASCs that are temporarily closed.
