Ophthalmic outpatient surgery center is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing with good leadership skills. The DON will be responsible for maintaining state licensure and accreditation, credentialing, budget management, staff training and serving as a mentor to nursing and other clinical support staff with a focus on quality improvement.
