As ASCA announced earlier this month, CMS finalized the 2022 final payment rule for ASCs, which included the adoption of ASC-20: COVID-19 Vaccination Coverage Among HCP. This new measure requires 2022 data collection and submission through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN), so time is of the essence. As such, ASCA has been working closely with staff at the CDC, and will help promote the educational offerings being provided by the CDC. Information for the next two training sessions is below. Both will cover the same material, so you would only need to attend one.
