In an effort to provide more specific salary and employee benefits information to members, the OAASC has produced a comprehensive member survey to measure wages and benefits for key positions within Ohio ASCs.
The survey was performed between September 11, 2017 and October 19, 2017 and collected data from 62 Ohio ASC (1/2 of Medicare certified ASCs in Ohio). Respondents represented all types of centers (single & multi-specialty, large & small, rural & urban centers).
All survey participants received a complimentary copy of the results (if you did not, contact us) and non-participant MEMBERS can obtain a copy for only $69 - non members for $199.

A national survey that compares us with other states (California or New York) has no relevance to how we pay staff. This is an a great resource.
